My post today, on my Facebook wall:
Regarding the #MeToo online movement in the English language against sexual abuse on the internet:
1. I agree with the Avaaz post, that this can be termed as Epic in that (very large and significant) english-reading circuit.
2. There have also been other articles that indicate that there has been a snap analysis of the kinds of places and occasions and settings from which such incidents have been reported worldwide. (This is called an anecdotal, non-scientific survey, but s...till has much value).

3. It is now time to co-relate the work already being done by those in the area of law-making as well as law-enforcement, and strengthen their efforts with these findings.
4. A word of caution, as derived from reading the anti-thesis opinions, so to speak, to this entire effort: refrain from furthering or creating any kangaroo-court or mob-mentality kind of situations while moving forward with efforts to clear-headedly continue moving forward for solutions.
5. Regarding solutions, another view that has become quite clear, is that people could enlist the things that all men need to do, to work towards solutions. There are a few good points in a Guardian post, I have another point to add to that immediate set of points:
6. Would men who have already done any of the objectionable things that we are talking about (even if on a supposedly smaller or what they earlier considered insignificant scale or manner, even if not really under the ambit of any kind of criminal culpability by any stretch of imagination), be so brave as to own up to their mistakes; unequivocally apologize, and do what they can to make amends.
7. I would also advice the MeToo posts to add one more line about what or where, so that they do not make suspects of the entire male population that they do and do not know!
..............
(BTW: Even I posted a MeToo update, in connection with Delhi Transport Corporation buses of the 1990s.)
