The etymology of Margarita; the Orissa-Andhra coast, and Persia

MY BIG DISCOVERY TODAY, REGARDING THE HISTORY OF A WORD

Traditional Oriya-plus-Telugu knowledge, Aquatic Knowledge, and Global Cocktails:

My discovery/sort of theory today in the area of linguistic forensics:
While surfing the net for the etymology of Margarita, I came across a Greek term (Margariatri, meaning Pearl) which has its origins in a Persian word (which, for me, is also a trigger to look for a term's deeper Oriya origins, knowing a bit of history, and knowing Oriya and Telugu spoken near the coastal Orissa-Andhra border, the OAB).
So the Pesian word, when said out phonetically, sounded like the name of a season in Oriya-Telugu- Magha(maasam)Raatri, ie., Magaratri
CONNECTIONS: Margarita, Pearls, and Autumn Evening (which, apparently, is the best season for pearl-production/harvesting)
