Greetings from me, the self-styled Space Goddess and/or Supreme Intelligence :)
A quick jotting-down of some policy imperatives that would be useful to go by, and talk about:
1. Water Policy:
Just, equitable and transparent access to quality and quantity of water across the globe.
2. The Electromagnetic Spectrum:
Transparency and global equity, justice and regulation of the use of the electro-magnetic spectrum that is relevant not only for telecommunication services, but for a variety of other emerging and evolving uses, including, possibly, military use.
3. Energy Policy:
No civil nuclear energy. A move away from nuclear energy, and towards solar and other humane alternative energy-sources via relevant adjustments in the planning of the Economy. Simultaneously, a policy to ensure equitable access to energy, which includes the regulating of its use from the point of view of socio-economic justice.
4. Land Issues
Truth and reconciliation processes and processes of correcting historical injustices possibly on the lines of South Africa, as well as the Forest Rights Act of India.
Aum.
